Kevin W. Fitzsimons is an attorney and a registered certified public accountant concentrating in the areas of estate planning, probate and income taxation. Mr. Fitzsimons has practiced in the income tax area and in the estate planning area for over 25 years. His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, administration of estates (i.e. probate administration, trust administration, etc.) income tax preparation, income tax planning and business transactional planning. Mr. Fitzsimons conducts numerous seminars each year on estate planning. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University where he was a Chick Evans Scholar and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from John Marshall Law School.
Ellen Daniel is an attorney and a registered certified public accountant. Mrs. Daniel has 16 years of experience in the health care accounting, tax, reporting and regulatory compliance. She uses this extensive tax background to draft estate planning documents and prepare income tax returns. Mrs. Daniel received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Mount Mercy College. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
