Fitzsimons Law Group is unique in that we are able to assist families in all aspects of planning and administering their estates, including the preparation of all necessary income tax returns.  This expertise allows us to draft our clients' estate planning documents in such a manner to take advantage of both the estate and income tax benefits available.  Our clients and their families have often expressed to us the great benefit of having the same individuals who are involved in the preparation of the estate plan also being involved in implementing all aspects of the plan.  We have more than six decades of combined experience in estate planning and administration, which has ranged from administering very complex multi-million dollar estates to administering modest estates.  During such stressful times, we like to alleviate as much burden as possible for our client's families so that they can focus on other important matters.

Being both CPAs and attorneys provides us with the unique knowledge and experience to handle complex income tax matters.  We have been practicing in the income tax preparation and planning area for over 25 years and thus, have handled numerous unique tax circumstances.  We prepare corporate, partnership, trust, estate and individual income tax returns.
